Architects & Co. LTD was incorporated on May 30, 2005.

The founders include a team of architects and constructing engineers:

Architects: Merab Gujejiani, Bibi Tsulukidze

Constructing engineers: Zurab Gujabidze, Giorgi Mebuke

The purpose of incorporation was to provide the clients with high quality combined services in architecture-design and construction-refurbishment.
